Process

We divide each project into stages:

• Planning
  This is when we would meet the client to discuss their requirement. We would then produce a plan of the structure and contents of the web site. This plan would be discussed and a scope of work agreed and signed off by the client before the project continues. At this point we would start to gather together all relevant assets including logos, images and copy.
• Web site Design and Build
  At this stage we would provide the design visuals for the clients approval. At the same time any database development would start. Once the visuals have been signed off the front-end of the web site would be constructed. During this stage the collection of assets would finalized and any copy would signed off.
• Testing
  This is the final stage before the web site goes live. It would involve the client using the web site and clearing up any final problems.
• Monitoring
  Once the site has gone live we would provide log file analysis for the client to assess how well the site is performing and on-going support if required by the client. We would also suggest ways for the client to promote the web site.
